SHOP POLICY
All my items are lovingly hand painted and hand crafted by me. This means there can be some differences between the pictures and the actual item. I try hard to keep these differences limited. The handmade nature of my items ensures you are receiving one of a kind functional collectible art works.

Special note: I only sell one of a kind original work and when buying my work please do not use the quantity option. This is a standard feature with this site and cannot be removed.
Payment options:You can pay through PayPal or Square at checkout.
No accounts are needed with PAYPAL or Square. Payment Payment is due before any order is shipped. Items are shipped promptly and cannot be canceled once shipped. |

Please read the descriptions carefully, Exchanges can be made for another item. Due to the custom one of a kind work I cannot exchange an item for the same. Shipping is non-refundable and buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
I do accept returns when there was a mistake on my part and will send you your item out to you as soon as possible.
All items are carefully packaged to prevent breakage. I hand wrap my things lovingly in tissue and brown craft paper, nicely tied up with cord.
Shipping
Orders will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS)
Painted Furniture/Furnishings ships 1 - 5 working days
Original Art ships 1 - 4 working days
Custom Orders 4 - 6 weeks to complete and ships once payment is received.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Received your purchase and it was damaged? Please contact me immediately so I can help.
However, if an item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will gladly exchange it for a replacement of similar or equal value. I do require photographs of the damaged item.
In most cases with USPS the buyer can ask USPS to issue the claim for damages. I find this can expedite the process. You can place another order with me and I will ship your order quickly. The buyer is responsible for re-shipping a new item.

If you would like a gift card enclosed with a message I am glad to do this, just let me know in the 'message to seller' when you check out. I can also ship direct to your gift recipient & add a little note so please write the message you want to be included in the 'message to seller' when you check out. You can also just email me the request at [email protected].
CUSTOM ORDERS
I love doing custom orders, at the present time I am not accepting any custom orders.
Please contact me with your requests. Special orders are priced accordingly and cannot be returned or exchanged.
I can custom paint and custom make almost anything. If you saw something but it sold let me know. Contact me if you have any questions.

I read all my feedback and would love some from you when you receive the item. This will assure me of receipt and your happiness. Many thanks. I always worry about my items when they are in the post so it would be nice to know if the package has reached you.

My home and studio are smoke free environments.
I do have a Standard Poodle and he is new to the studio. His name is Jessie James. Poodles are non-shedding and allergy free.
