SOLD Original botanical garden oil painting of a woodland flower titled Turks Cap is a white tiger lily. Original nature art hand painted by Laurie Rohner. The flower is a creamy white and glistens against the thick green and purple leaves.

I had found in a beautiful farmhouse garden. I was drawn to this delicate lily as I visited the greenhouses of a friend’s farm. I always feel at home amongst the flowers and maybe the most joyful. Flowers just seem to sing to me and this is why I enjoy photographing and painting these wonderful gems. I used more detail brushstrokes to capture the delicacy of the flower.
